Technical Sales Engineer

Role Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for all Sales related activity.​
  • Deliver compelling and effective technical demonstrations designed to communicate how Yottabyte technology will meet and exceed prospects and customers requirements.
  • Meet with new prospects and existing customers, document technical requirements for sales opportunities, and provide technical support, consultation, and product demonstrations.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing to plan, create & manage customer case studies.
  • Assist in Sales lead generation and qualification activities.
  • Work in a fast-paced team-selling environment and must be successful managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously – as well as assist in other areas of the organization, outside of direct sales and marketing, when required.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Sales, Technical Presales Support, or Sales Engineering Experience.
  • Strong understanding of I.T. infrastructure technology – including Private or Public Cloud solutions
  • Strong written technical responses to customer requests; including RFPs and related deliverables (Slide Shows, Solution Maps, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree

Content Marketing Lead

Role Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Own the entire content marketing strategy for our Private Cloud Building Software products ans services.
  • Deliver content that supports all parts of the sales/marketing funnel.
  • Work with Sales and Account Managers to plan, create & manage customer case studies..
  • Create newsletters and educational articles that resonate with our prospects and customers.
  • Plan, write and distribute product release notes to existing customers.
  • Manage and refresh website content.
  • Develop and manage social media accounts, driving greater Yottabyte awareness.
  • Manage lead generation and qualification.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years in marketing and content creation with I.T. products – ideally with I.T. Infrastructure and Cloud based products/services
  • Passionate about learning new technology, conducting research & writing
  • Social media expertise is a plus
  • Experience in modern Web tools, concepts, and processes
  • Bachelor’s degree
